LAC9 is a Non-profit organization in South Los Angeles that promotes an humanitarian approach to address impoverishment, seeks to assist the homeless and disadvantaged, and provide animal rescue assistance through a variety of mechanisms and resources. LAC9 does not criminalize the impoverished and desires to provide a wide range of support to individuals and animals. LAC9 is a family friendly organization that encourages social activism and social consciousness in our youth to prepare the next generation of leaders, capable of facilitating change in our communities.

We provides a buffet meal once a month (every 3rd Sunday) in a local area such as a park as well as free clothing for the homeless and the less fortunate people and animals. We also give out toys to the children! LAC9 also helps the homeless brothers and sisters living in the streets of South Los Angeles, we provide food and clothing during the week as well as Hygiene and necessities!

Animals Services as well as Social Services are provided through LAC9.

How we do it: all of our food, clothing and toys are donated from people all over the Los Angeles area. We also reach out to our friends, family and supporters for donations. Without them we couldn’t serve our homeless families and homeless animals in our Communities in South Los Angeles. All of our volunteers also bring a tray of cooked food and any other food items to make sure there is always enough for everyone.
